We are also trusted by the NHS to deliver vaccination programmes at many sites across the whole of England. Also, in 2021 we were the Gold Winner in the European Customer Service and Contact Centre Awards for the way we helped our patients during the pandemic in 2020. We’re very proud of our record of safety, reliability, convenience, and fantastic customer service.
