What locations can I return Spectrum equipment to? ›

You can return older equipment via UPS or FedEx. If there's no UPS or FedEx in your area, you can drop off your Spectrum equipment at a Spectrum store. If your Spectrum Account has been disconnected, please contact Spectrum for assistance in returning your equipment.

You're responsible for returning modems, routers, Spectrum receivers and any auxiliary equipment provided by Spectrum. You're not required to return any remotes, splitters or cables that came with your equipment. Find out more about moving your Spectrum services to a new address.

Is there a fee to cancel Spectrum? ›

No. Spectrum does not charge any early termination fees for canceling. If you have only had the service for 30 days or less, you can get a full refund when you cancel. Otherwise, there is no refund and no termination fee.

In certain cases, Spectrum may choose to leave equipment at your premises. Spectrum may alternatively choose to provide a prepaid shipping label(s) to you so that you may ship the equipment to Spectrum.
