My PeaceHealth is a secure system for you and your care PeaceHealth team to connect and exchange information. Only people who have your permission can see your information in My PeaceHealth.

We take great care to ensure your information is kept private and secure. You will access your account using a user name and personal password that you choose. On the mobile app, you can make your account accessible via face ID or fingerprint login. Unlike conventional email, all My PeaceHealth messaging is done within the secure website or mobile app.

You can ensure that your account stays secure by turning on two-step verification. When this feature is turned on, you must enter a code sent to you by email or text message to log in to My PeaceHealth (in addition to your username and password). I’ve heard of MyChart, but not My PeaceHealth. Is there a difference?

They are one and the same. My PeaceHealth is simply the name we use for the MyChart tool at PeaceHealth. Most healthcare providers offer portals like this and may call it by other names.

Signing up is simple. At your next visit, ask about setting up your access to the patient portal. Or visitmy.peacehealth.organd click the “Sign Up Online” button. You’ll answer a series of security-related questions to set up your account.

With My PeaceHealth, you can view most test results as soon as they become available. Please keep in mind that you might see results before your healthcare provider has had a chance to see them. After your provider reviews your results, you might get a message from your provider about next steps.

It is possible to use My PeaceHealth to manage care for the whole family, as long as you have permission. This is called “proxy” access. You may connect your record with accounts for a child or adults who need your help. My PeaceHealth lets you see their information in one place. What do I need to access to my child’s record in My PeaceHealth?

Ask the front desk staff at your child’s clinic for “family access.” (You might also hear it called “proxy access.”)

If you’re the parent or legal guardian and the child is under 12 years old, you will need to show your ID to the clinic staff. You’ll also need your own account in My PeaceHealth. (You don’t need to be a patient at PeaceHealth to have an account.). Our staff will help answer questions about setting up access.

If you’re a foster parent, you will need to provide ID and legal documentation (guardianship documentation or healthcare power of attorney) to PeaceHealth’s Health Information Management Release of Information:

Why do the rules about access change when my child turns 13?

State privacy laws require that medical offices take steps to protect the privacy of adolescents. We are not allowed to give access to records for children 13 to 17 years of age or for adults, unless the patient is disabled and unable to act on their own behalf.

I didn’t receive my two-step verification code. What should I do?

Check the spam or junk folders in your email. If the email with your code is not there, try clicking Resend Code. If you still didn’t receive the email, it could be that your account has a different email address on file.
