Thanks will do....also, as an owner of a many UAD plug ins, will I be able to get the native versions of them WITHOUT a subscription, or only with one?

You can redeem them without a subscription. That's what I'm trying to do. Hopefully later tonight Connect will be working better.

just understood that users who already bought UAD plugins that are now offered as UADx Spark plugins through UA Connect, will get a license deposited at their iLok accounts. This will take about a day!

Same. Even followed UA's instructions and it's not functioning the way their instructions show. I'll try later.

Yes. Which is why I asked.
I signed up to start the 14 day free trial. The clock is ticking. You now say everything should work by 4 April. Almost half of my trial period will have been used by then. Used waiting for you to get things to work.
Will you extend the trial periods?

So your sub went through and the plugs didn't show up in UAC?

Well, something happened! Everything is downloading and installing now!
Also, for anyone else who might have the same question I did: The trial period begins with the installation of the plugins, not the creation of the subscription account. I'm showing 14 days of trial time left even though this stuff has been "in process" the last several days.
One last thing that may be helpful. Whenever I tried launching the UA Connect app, I would eventually get a blank screen that offered a "Relaunch" button. When I hit it, nothing happened. I also could not quit the app from the menu bar after clicking that button either. Odder still, the app didn't show as a running app when I brought up the 'Force Quit' box via CMD OPT ESC.
However, there was still processes running in Activity manager (Screencap 3). When I quit those processes and relaunched. Everything worked.
Coincidence? Maybe. But it is working now.

This is not the case. It starts when you complete the sub process in UAC.
